Kevin Spink
Kev is our Group Owner and Managing Director at SJF. He brings warmth to everyday office life and never fails to put a smile on everyone's face.
Passionate about personal and professional development, Kev is always looking to learn something new, which has led to an impressive list of qualifications and achievements. In the workplace, he is professional, approachable, and respectful, and is always on hand to share his extensive electrical knowledge and expertise.
Outside of work, Kev enjoys travelling with his wife, spending time with their dogs, and making the most of every opportunity to be with family and friends.

Joanne Spink
Jo is our Company Secretary at SJF. She is a calm and collected member of the team who works tirelessly to make everyone's lives that little bit easier. Her warm and welcoming nature makes her the perfect person to speak with potential customers and clients.
Within the business, Jo is always happy to lend a helping hand, supporting colleagues and sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise in the administrative side of the company. Her organisation and dedication help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys baking, travelling, spending time with the dogs, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
Matt Norris
Matt is our Operations Manager at SJF, where he combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to ensure everything runs exactly as it should. He oversees the smooth day-to-day operation of the business and has recently taken on the role of Managing Director for our Bollards and Barriers division.
Known for his quick wit and great sense of humour, Matt brings plenty of positivity to the office and has a knack for brightening everyone's day. Professionally, he is direct, organised, and detail-oriented, always striving to achieve clear objectives and deliver the highest standards.
Outside of work, Matt is a devoted family man and proud father of four. When he's not at the office, he enjoys cooking, keeping fit, and spending quality time with his family.

Kenny Cockshott
Kenny is our Security Manager here at SJF. He has over a decade of experience in the security industry and is fully qualified to provide bespoke security solutions tailored to your individual needs. With extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise, he is committed to delivering the highest standards of bollard and barrier installation, ensuring every project is completed safely, professionally, and in full compliance with industry regulations.
Dedicated to providing a reliable and customer-focused service, Kenny takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses protect their properties with effective security solutions they can trust.
Outside of work, Kenny is a devoted family man with a keen interest in motorsport and a passion for health and fitness.
Charlotte Taylor
Charlotte is our Office Manager and an integral part of the SJF team. Funny, kind, and always willing to lend a hand, she brings a positive energy to the workplace every day. With over 10 years of administrative experience, she has a strong understanding of the role and keeps the office running smoothly.
Clear, confident, and professional, Charlotte has an excellent manner on the phone and is committed to providing outstanding service. Her approachable nature and warm personality make her a friendly face for both colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a proud mum of four who loves spending quality time with friends and enjoying long walks.
Keith Cartlidge
Keith is our Contracts Manager here at SJF and is known for his positive attitude and willingness to help others. With more than 50 years of experience in the industry, he has an exceptional knowledge of electrical, fire and security systems.
Keith is always happy to support our newer engineers, offering guidance whenever they have questions or face challenges. He has also built strong relationships with our clients and customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and that any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.
Within the workplace, Keith is a valued and approachable member of the team whose friendly nature brightens everyone's day. His experience, dedication and sense of humour make him someone that colleagues always enjoy working with.
Outside of work, Keith loves spending time with his wife and grandchildren, especially supporting his grandson as he competes in motorsports. He also enjoys travelling and exploring new holiday destinations whenever he gets the chance.
Abi Johnson
Abi is our Office Administrator here at SJF. Abi is a valued member of the team, known for her friendly approach, attention to detail and willingness to help.
She plays a key role in supporting our management team, engineers, clients and suppliers, helping to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently every day. Her excellent organisational skills and positive attitude make her an important part of the SJF family, and someone her colleagues can always rely on.
Outside of work, Abi enjoys spending time with her friends, family and most importantly her dog. She is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys continuing to develop her language skills and broaden her knowledge in her spare time.

Anthony Atkinson
Anthony is one of our Fire Engineers here at SJF and is a valued member of the team, always going above and beyond to find solutions and get the job done. His technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and positive attitude make him someone both colleagues and clients can rely on.
Always keen to help others, Anthony is known for tackling complex fire-related issues and navigating challenging technical problems with confidence. His enthusiasm is hard to miss, and it's not unusual to hear him singing his own rendition of whatever song happens to be stuck in his head while he works.
Outside of work, Anthony has a passion for boxing and competes professionally. He is dedicated to his training and brings the same determination, discipline and commitment to the sport as he does to his role at SJF, giving his all in everything he takes on.

Josh King
Josh is one of our Engineers here at SJF and takes great pride in the quality of his work. Having successfully completed his AM2, Josh has built a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise.
His approachable nature and extensive understanding of his trade make him a trusted point of contact for both clients and colleagues. Whether it's offering advice or solving a problem, Josh is always happy to help.
Within the workplace, Josh is an organised, switched-on member of the team who brings plenty of positivity and never fails to make us all laugh. Outside of work, he enjoys training in Muay Thai and keeping fit by going to the gym. The discipline and determination he shows in his personal life are qualities that shine through in his work at SJF.

Neil Fell
Neil is our Senior Engineer here at SJF and brings over 40 years of experience within the industry. With a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of electrical disciplines, he is a trusted source of expertise and a valuable member of the team.
Always willing to help, Neil takes great pride in supporting and mentoring our apprentices, ensuring they gain the best possible experience and develop the skills needed to succeed in their careers. His guidance and dedication play a key role in helping the next generation of engineers grow with confidence.
Within the workplace, Neil is punctual, dependable, and committed to completing every job to the highest standard. His professionalism and attention to detail set an excellent example for the whole team.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys watching football and spending time with his family, often going for walks together. His experience, leadership, and supportive nature make him an important part of the SJF family.

Meet our Work Experience Team
Last but certainly not least, we have our work experience team: Sparky, Pickle, and Coco.
Individually, they each bring something special to the role, with a truly impressive dedication to causing just the right amount of chaos. The boys, Sparky and Pickle, are calm, collected, and perform exceptionally well under pressure. They are great problem-solvers and are always happy to accept a well-earned treat for their hard work.
Coco, our Work Experience Acting Manager, has no trouble keeping the boys in line. She is quick to tackle any issues that arise and is committed to making sure the day-to-day tasks run as smoothly as possible.
Together, they make a fantastic team. Things can get a little hectic at times, but they always manage to get the job done—especially when treats are on offer!
